Sesel Pu Seselwa – Seychelles for the Seychellois.
Let’s be clear. Ireland can not claim to be neutral if our own Army Officers are illegally arming and training a secret militia that oppresses the People of the Seychelles. We cannot have a man claim to be Minister for Justice who lies about serious crimes he thus involves himself with. Dermot Ahern has become a threat to Ireland, an equal of the other criminal Irish rogues operating in the Seychelles with immunity. How can any one of the people expect justice if the Minister for Justice is to behave this way. How can honest Gardaí confidently uphold their oaths now that their superiors are so compromised.
Martin Ferris asked the Minister, ‘if he will release the Garda report into claims that Government officials were buying guns; and if he will make a statement on the matter’,
Ahern replied ‘In response to correspondence from the individual referred to by the Deputy, I sought a report from the Garda authorities on the matters raised. The correspondence in question did not raise the claim that Government officials were buying guns. I was informed by the Garda authorities that the person in question [Gerry Walshe] made a number of allegations of unlawful activity and inaction by the Garda Síochána. [Inaction is an accusation aimed at him]
The Gardaí have found no evidence to substantiate the claims made. [Gardaí were given evidence; which they “lost”] Local Gardaí have met with the complainant to discuss the allegations and he has declined to make a formal statement of complaint to the Gardaí. [Audio recordings of the meeting prove the Gardaí had no intention of helping Mr. Walshe] In circumstances where the complainant will not make a formal statement to the Gardaí it is difficult for them to further investigate the various matters raised.”
As long ago as 2008, Dermot Ahern along with Chief Superintendent Gerry Mahon, first received information from Gerry Walshe regarding Government officials buying guns. Ahern was offered evidence and witnesses and the opportunity to work with Mr Walshe to expose these crimes. Even though Ahern acknowledged receipt of the registered post, both men failed to act on any of the information. In the “investigation” Ahern alludes to, evidence went missing and Superintendent Cummins was sent to Gerry’s home. Audio recordings of the meeting between Cummins and Mr Walshe prove the Gards had no interest in helping the Complainant. Enquiring as to the whereabouts of particular evidence, Mr Walshe was ignored and was also told “All cops are good cops and you can’t beat them all”. The audio recording is here.
Gerry Walshe has risked his life and much material value to uphold truth and justice and has asked that much of our supposed public servants. Mr Walshe has copies of several letters, reciepts for registered post and letters of acknowledgment from the Ministry. The Clareman has all the proof that Dermot Ahern was given ample information to act; And he has all the proof that the Minister did not act in the name of Justice. A four month summer holiday for the Dáil provides reprieve from House Questions but despite the Governments best efforts, they can’t call on editors to pull stories forever.

Another court case has come about in New York. Filed by Steven Scholes and Terence Stewart, both men are looking for $460,000 that they allege the Republic of Seychelles illegaly siezed from them and $5 million in damages for their three month kidnapping at the hands of Irish agents working for the Seychelles.
The Financial Investigations Unit (FIU) was briefly covered in The Seychelles Connection but this case provides a better insight into their seriously criminal activities. Their head man is Declan Barber, ex Irish Army Officer. Declan splits his time between running what could be called the Seychelles Mafia and living cosily in the Seychelles Consulate in Dublin. The following is from the Complaint filed by the Plaintiffs. Read the Press release here
The FIU, through kidnapping, ransom, coercion, fraud, false arrest and blackmail among other illegal tactics finalised the theft of $460,000 of Mr Scholes’ companies. To accomplish this unlawful theft, the FIU has claimed without basis that the legitimate funds of Mr Scholes were proceeds of criminal conduct.
The FIU and the Irish subcontractors, in cooperation with Barclays, took away the personal liberties of Messrs Scholes and Stewart, and demanded ransom as their only way for these Plaintiffs to return to their homes and families. The jailing and holding of Messrs Scholes and Stewart amounted to nothing less than kidnapping, extortion and criminal conduct in violation of the laws of nations. Upon information and belief the Irish nationals who work for the FIU have all received commissions based upon the ($460,000) seizure.
Former Irish Gardaí, (Defendants Galvin, Hogan and Heelan) and former soldiers (Defendants Declan Barber and Joe Cully [a.k.a Niall Scully]) appear all too eager to disregard due process, engage in perjury, suborn perjury, encourage false official statements and run amuck. Seychelles and the FIU put these two innocent men in prison for a month based on false charges, held them captive on the island of Mahe for an additional two and a half months and threatened to set them up on false drug and money laundering charges. Their captivity only ended when the plaintiffs finally agreed to pay the demanded ransom.
The Irish Subcontractors also seized Mr Stewart’s personal laptop as well as that of Mr Scholes’ 14 year old daughter. They sent email contacts from his computer in order to fabricate evidence. They interrogated Messrs Scholes and Stewart without counsel present on numerous occasions. They even, on multiple occasions cornered Mr Scholes’ 14 year old daughter while unaccompanied, threatened her and told her that her father was an international fraudster. During one of these interrogations, agents threatened to arrest her mother and take the children into care by Seychelles authorities.
This is the type of behaviour Minister for Justice Dermot Ahern is willing to lie for.
The War Criminal, the Money Laundrette and the Liar

Well done Ruaidhrí,
As for you Dermot Ahern you are a scumbag and should be sacked with the rest of this government after you, with no pension.
And this should happen now before the next budget and you do the dirt on us again.
Perhaps some of these legislators could do with a bashing from some legislation!
Anyone agree?
