Independent Journalist “Madam K” was stopped at a newly erected police barrier in Dublin today during the visit of the German/pseudo-English Queen Saxe-Coburg-Gotha/Wettin. The gard told her that “under the warrant you cant have a flag at the moment!”
The act she referenced was the Public Order Act Section 21. It states “indicate that to proceed beyond the barrier while in possession of any intoxicating liquor, disposable drinks container or offensive article will render such liquor, container or article liable to confiscation.”
The sheer scale of stories, pictures and videos of people getting their flags seized, and not placards shows that there was an order issued within the Gardai to seize flags. The order was issued in the from of a warrant.Public Order Act Section 21 was written in 1994 and the bit that the bangarda refers to (and the only bit that it could be) is the words “offensive article”, which doesn’t generally refer to flags but the warrant that was issued allows flags to be covered under this legislation, while the Queen is over.
Thats what we’re reduced to in this country. There was probably a tricolour flying as that bangarda took an oath to “serve her county” *ahem* and now she’s reduced to confiscating them for the Royals.
In the video below you can see the Gardai taking flags off people and chucking on the ground like trash. If it was just the poles they’d give back the flags.
In Ireland when you leave school you do a leaving certificate which is graded by the number of points you attain. If you study hard you might get 600 points and have the opportunity of doing pharmacy or medicine or veterinary science. After that different levels of points will get you into different college courses and different levels of further education. Throughout the schooling we learn all about the struggle Ireland has had through 800 years of oppression by Britain (whichever foreign royal faction was running the show). We learn of the sacrifices made in winning back independence finally in 1922 and the death and suffering it took to win it.
To become a guardian of the peace, a police officer, a Garda. You can leave school with just 140 points. To hold such an important and powerful position in society surely the best and brightest should be employed, not the leftovers after the brains went off to do something else?
Look at this picture and you can see the results of this enrollment policy. The Gardai throwing our national flag into a bin lorry. This is only indicative of course but it is indicative of the other mindless things the Gardai now do.
They are “just following orders” they tell you when they enact more and more wholly unlawful new legal statutes. This defense didn’t work at Nuremberg and it wont work now as they blindly implement tyranny. We see Gardai confiscating the national flag as the queen of England is here. How fast do you think the men who died in the war of independence are spinning in their graves?
We see them arresting people for filming, or for standing up for their right to not be interfered with while they are not committing any real crime with a real victim. Sadly it is always the stupidity of the police in any country that supports the creeping introduction of tyranny. Remember, everything that Hitler did was legal. Like our government he just changed the laws to make it so and the police “follow orders”. The reason tyranny will take hold is the ignorance of the Gardai.
This is why I believe it is a deliberate recruitment policy to police forces to employ people of lower intelligence and reasoning abilities. People that will not question the sanity of the orders they are told to perform.
Shame on the Gardai and shame for their willful ignorance. Shame on what this state has become.

For the last two years, we have ran this website, a YouTube channel, Facebook page, twitter as well as helping out other sites like Tir na Saor and organising meetups, film screenings, protests, and many other events, along with printing fliers and CDs, all out of our own pocket. We have a lot of plans for this website over the next year but the server costs are due this month and the Google ads on the site have not covered the cost. Please donate whatever you think we are worth, this site is a lot of work and we run it a loss, not for our benefit but in the name of freedom. €10 would make a huge difference, or if you can't afford it, please share this link so others can donate.
Come off it, the garda obviously was talking about the flag stick and Madam K is telling fibs. We can clearly see the flagstick in the garda’s hand at 1.19 min. Give me a break with this propaganda nonsense. You lot really need to get some perspective. The only reason the gardai were on the streets was because of people like you and not the queen.
It doesn’t matter if the flag is on a pole or not, they have no right to confiscate it. Also, flags in the bin truck, are you serious? I’m glad I wasn’t there, I’d have gone berserk.
They didn’t confiscate the flag…just the stick. As for the flags that were been dumped they were probably the flags that I saw been thrown at the garda by all the so call republicans (wearing Celtic/Liverpool jerseys)
She took the pole as a crowd had started to gather around them, and obviously they didn’t want a riot. Under section 21 they can confiscate signs and notices, of which a flag is not. She didn’t even have the right to take the pole either way, not that the pole really matters.
Bins are no place for a flag, any flag. Most certainly a Garda should not be seen to be putting their own flag(or any flag) into a bin. All of this seems to be just asking for trouble.
I believe myself to be a fairly calm person, but this literally boils my blood. If it can have this affect on a joe soap, think of the affect it’s having on other republicans and not just the Celtic boyos.
Way too much importance put on a coloured piece of material. How many of the worlds deaths are caused by people who want to wave a flag. I know where I’m from and I’m proud of where I’m from but it does not mean that I have to wave coloured piece of material to prove it. I have been in Dublin for all of this visit and I am extremely proud of the way the majority of Irish people have welcomed the Queen.
“She didn’t even have the right to take the pole either way, not that the pole really matters”
Well, technically she does as it can quite easily be classified as an “offensive object” (the wording used in the Act she quotes).
Is Your problem With the Gard’s, The Germans, The Queen, The Brits in general Or Is it everyone?
And Just to point out, It’s not News when You are pursuing an agenda.
Hey knobo, it’s spelt ‘Guard’ not ‘gard’. Also I doubt anyone swears an oath to serve their ‘County’ what a thick you are. You should have been out there in your English footie jersey hoodie and English designer trackies trying to set fire to a flame-retardant flag. But then maybe you were. Retard.
While I disagree wholeheartedly with the protests, and the manner in which they were carried out, I feel i should point out your shortcomings as you are so quick to point out other’s: “Gard” is an abbreviated form of garda, the irish term for guard.
Retard.
Wake up you idiot, you have more important things to worry about than a flag pole being confiscated or thrown flags being binned (as shameful as that is). Your country’s debt needs 98% of your GDP just to service the interest on the loan. You, your children and your great grand children will be working your backsides off for the rest of your lives, paying increased taxes, receiving less government services and without any pension to look forward to at the end of it. Unemployment and crime rates will increase, property foreclosures, homelessness, hunger and poverty are only around the corner and your making a big deal about the confiscation of a flag pole? “We are change” my arse. Try focusing on the real issue, the financial black hole you’re now in. Ireland has no sovereignty and no future until thats sorted out and the flag (for all the blood that has been shed under it) means nothing while the people are slaves to the international bankers who now effectively own the place.
Hit the nail on the head, true patriots need to open there eyes and ears
“while they are not committing any real crime with a real victim”
So they were committing fictional crimes on imaginary victims? What do you classify as a ‘real’ crime and who are you to decide if someone has been victimized or not?
Also, theres no such word in Irish or English as ‘Gard’ regardless of what the non-Irish speaking protesters think or say. I personally thought it was fantastic when I saw a Garda (see the Irish there?) demanding a persons name and address As Gaeilge only for the Celtic jersey thug to answer in English “Wha?”
I deeply resent the statement, “This is why I believe it is a deliberate recruitment policy to police forces to employ people of lower intelligence and reasoning abilities.”
You obviously aren’t aware that many police departments in the U.S. require, at a minimum, an Associate’s Degree for employment. The number of those departments in contantly growing. Personally, I am a retired Police Captain with an I.Q. of 140 and a B.S.(with Honors).
You apparently consider yourself a member the intelligentsia elite, and as such have the right to look down your nose and the rest of the rabble. Until, that is, you find it necessary to call upon those of, “Lower intelligence and reasoning abilities.” to place their lives in danger to save yours.
gardas don’t serve the people they serve the elites! when kissinger was in dublin they did nothing to arrest him despite the fact he is wanted for war crimes.
WE THE PEOPLE voted no to lisbon but that’s not what the elites wanted. Time for a revolution and take our country back from these terrorist globalists. Iceland told them to get out and are doing much better then we now. I asked a garda in cork who he took his orders from and he said who ever pays him! mercenaries are what we have in the garda force!!
