Drugs kill, Water Cures??

Believe it or not, a simple thing like staying properly hydrated can keep you out of the doctor’s office or the psych ward, and you might even save on your heating bills!

If you lack a certain mineral an illness can manifest that has a relationship to that mineral, and the same if you are deficient in a certain nutrient, or vitamin. But while they are of serious importance and should not be forgotten or ignored; no mineral, vitamin or nutrient has such a direct relationship to every part of your body, and no substance is more all encompassing, than simple water. And it is easily the case that 99% of us do not get enough water at all. As such, we will and do manifest serious illnesses, many of which are dehydration manifesting as dis-eases, much the same as scurvy was the result of vitamin C deficiency. Dehydration has the tendency to cause a whole myriad of symptoms often mislabeled as diseases. These include: Alzheimer’s, Angina, Arthritic pain, Back pain, Low functioning immune system, muscular pain and many many more. It also is extremely effect against depression, diminishes cravings (alcohol, nicotine, cannabis, sugar and even hard drugs) to make quitting addictions easier, and is also extremely effective in combating chronic headaches and circulatory issues. It can even take someone with an acute and agonising sensitivity to the cold and give them a comfortable tolerance for even freezing conditions! Not that you don’t feel the cold and don’t have to wrap up, it just doesn’t ache or pain you. This genuinely could save some people money on their heating bill as you won’t need your home to be quite so warm to be comfortable. Also, according to medical doctor F. Batmanghelidj, asthma too is caused by dehydration, and cured by rehydration. He states in an interview with Mike Adams on Natural News.

“Mike: I’d like you to elaborate a little more on asthma, and the idea that the body is managing its water supply deliberately in a way that produces symptoms that are called asthma.

Dr. B: Yes, well you see, drought management means that you have to clog the holes where water is lost from the body. Water is the most precious commodity in the interior of your body, and when not enough is coming in and more is being lost, this is a no-no situation for your body. The intelligence behind the design of the body has it such that a drought management program will kick in, and then allergies are a sign of dehydration because the system that regulates water balance of the body suppresses the immune system, because it’s an energy-consuming situation. Then you get asthma.

You see, we lose about a quart of water through breathing every day. It is actually the surface tension in the alveoli of the lungs that produces contraction of these tiny membranes, and air is pushed out. And in the process, that water will leave with the air that is leaving. So you lose about a quart of water in breathing. We need to replenish that. When we don’t replenish it, the body tightens up the bronchioles and plugs up the holes and we call this reduced air flow in the lungs because of dehydration, we’ve labelled it as asthma.”

You are reading possibly the single most important topic in medicine, the water cure. This is potentially more important than MMS, B17, silver collide and vitamin D combined.

So what must we do to solve this problem? According to Dr. B, you need a certain amount of water per body weight per day; and a certain amount of good salt for that amount of water, so as to retain the correct amount of water for the right amount of time; also the water will flush minerals out of your body so there are certain minerals you really need to compensate for.

The following is how to find out how much water you need; it sounds a bit complicated but you only need to do this every so often, just to make sure you’re still getting the right amount per body weight, and after that there is little thought involved.

  • Weigh yourself in pounds and multiply by 15 to get the amount of water you need in ml. e.g. A 120 lb woman needs  1800 ml per day, or a little over 3 pints.
  • Alternatively if your weight is in even stone, just multiply it by 0.21 to get the amount you need in litres. A 12 stone man needs ~2.5 litres a day, or around 5 pints.
  • If you’re on the move a lot, a 750ml screw top wine or spirit bottle with the label removed makes a great water bottle, and theres no toxic BPA to  worry about.
  • If you’re at home its probably handiest to convert into pints, and just drink your water out of a pint glass, that way it’s easy to keep track of how many you’ve had so as to reach your goal. It also makes it easier to find out how much salt you need.
  • For every 2 pints (~1 litre) of water you take you need 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt. A handy thing to do here is to use a plastic measuring spoon (metal ones tend to get rusted by the salt) and measure the salt into a tiny lunch box at the start of the day so as not to get too much or too little salt. Or just make sure you put enough on your food. GOOD salt that is, not table salt.

For example, if you weighed 190 pounds, you would need 95 (US) fluid ounces per day which is just under 5 pints, so you could drink 1 pint of water 5 times a day, and take roughly 1/5th of your salt with each pint. Don’t put the salt in your water just swallow it. Note: If you swallow your salt and don’t drink the water quickly you may start to feel nauseous so don’t delay with drinking it. You can also put the salt on your food. Himalayan rock salt and Celtic sea salt seem to be the best salts you can buy, and are loaded with minerals. And contrary to conventional wisdom salt isn’t bad for you, and only raises the blood pressure of a dehydrated person. In this article by Dr. B, he explains more about blood pressure in relation to water:

“High blood pressure (essential hypertension) is the result of an adaptive process to a gross body water deficiency. The vessels of the body have been designed to cope with fluctuation of their blood volume and tissue requirements by opening and closing different vessels. When the body’s total fluid volume is decreased, the main vessels also have to decrease their aperture (close their lamina), otherwise there would not be enough fluid to fill all the space allocated to blood volume in the design of that particular body. Failing a capacity adjustment to the “water volume” by the blood vessels, gases would separate from the blood and fill the space, causing “gas locks”. This property of lumen regulation for fluid circulation is a most advanced design within the principle of hydraulics and after which the blood circulation of the body is modelled,

Key points.

You need calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium and potassium. And quite a bit too. For the 1st 4 you can just eat some of mixed nuts, Brazil nuts are a good source of selenium, but most nuts give you plenty of magnesium, calcium and zinc. The potassium you can get from bananas and figs. You can also get magnesium, calcium and zinc in supplements.

Do not eat (or drink tea, juice, milk etc) within a half hour of drinking water or vice versa. Teas/juices do not count towards your hydration. Just water. The solids in your teas, milk or juices are treated as nutrients, and the body absorbs them and not so much the water. It can only effectively absorb solids, or water, not both at the same time, and if you try make it do both it will choose the nutrients, and not the water.

For the water cure to work effectively you need to give up caffeine (green tea is loaded with caffeine) because it is a diuretic and causes you to discharge your body water, it stops you from being fully hydrated, so give it up.

Also, it is vital that you not drink tap water. This is an excellent and brief video presentation as to why, from Walter Graham, the man who spearheaded the successful campaign to remove the fluoride from the Northern Ireland water supply.

These are 3 filters I recommend having drank from all of them. 1st is what I use at home, it is a 2-part filter fitted under your sink, an activated alumina filter and a carbon filter. 2nd is a reverse osmosis filter, also fitted under your sink. Both of these need a remineralisation attachment; if the filter removes fluoride, it will also remove the minerals. 3rd is probably the best option, and cheapest. The EVA filter which you might find cheaper elsewhere, but it’s not a bad price. It doesn’t need to be fitted at all, nor does it need a remineralisation add-on because it has one built in.

The water cure is the result of the research carried out by Dr F. Batmanghelidj, author of Water Cures: Drugs Kill: How Water Cures Incurable Diseases and Your Body’s Many Cries for Water, currently half-price on Amazon.
